We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you visit, use or make a purchase through the Services or communicate with us.

How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose information to Shopify and service providers that help us operate our business, including payment processing, hosting, technical support, customer support, analytics, order fulfillment and shipping. Our contact form is provided through Jotform, and Searchanise supports the store's search features. When a motor is shipped directly from a supplier's warehouse, information needed to fulfill and deliver the order may be shared with that supplier and the transportation provider.
We may also share information with advertising and marketing partners to measure and provide advertising, subject to applicable law and your choices. Sharing information for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged for that information. Information may be disclosed when you request or authorize it, to comply with legal obligations, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.
Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes information about your access to and use of the Services to provide and improve them. Information submitted through the Services is transmitted to Shopify and may be processed by service providers located outside your country.
Our store uses Shopify enhanced features, including Shopify Network Intelligence. To provide these features, Shopify may use information about interactions with our store together with information from other merchants and Shopify. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the store, remember preferences, understand website use and measure advertising.
